What we make
easyPDKS records when people start and finish work, and turns those records into a monthly timesheet. An access terminal runs at the entrance; everything else happens in a browser. There is no server to buy and nothing to open on your firewall.
Why the hardware matters
Plenty of attendance software assumes an office. Ours assumes a warehouse door in February, a site entrance in the rain, a plant floor at −10 °C. That is why the terminal is rated IP65 and holds its records when the connection drops.
How we work abroad
Outside our home market easyPDKS runs either through a local partner or as a shipped terminal with remote setup and training. Which one applies depends on where you are; we confirm it when we prepare your quote rather than promising something we cannot deliver.
What we do not claim
You will not find customer logos, success percentages or list prices on this site. The product does what is described here, and the technical figures are the manufacturer's. Anything beyond that belongs in a conversation, not a web page.
