Time & attendance software
Month end. Timesheet done.
People clock in; lateness, early leave, absence, regular and overtime hours and working days are calculated from that day's shift rule. The monthly matrix exports to Excel in one click.
Monthly timesheet.xlsx · one clickIn short
easyPDKS compares the record an employee creates with an NFC card or QR code against that day's shift rule and fills the monthly timesheet matrix by itself. No cell is marked by hand; the matrix exports to Excel (xlsx) in one click.

Rewritten every month; an unreadable line turns into a dispute at month end.
- Each cell comes from a rule
Spreadsheet formula chains
One shifted cell moves every total, and nobody notices before payroll.

Lost clockings
An unassigned card is searched for at month end and never found.
Not from raw data, from a defined rule.

Frequently asked questions
Timesheet questions.
If your question is not here, write to us directly — we usually reply within one business hour.
Ask on WhatsAppHow is the timesheet calculated?
The record an employee creates with an NFC card or QR code is compared against that day's shift rule. Because the shift's start and end time, break and grace period are all defined, lateness, early leave, absence, regular and overtime hours and working days follow automatically.
What is in the Excel file?
The monthly timesheet matrix exports as xlsx in one click. Rows are employees, columns are the days of the month, and the right-hand columns carry day, working-day and hour totals.
How are public holidays handled?
Holiday coefficients are applied automatically and half days can be marked. The holiday calendar is a separate screen in the panel, so you set it to the calendar that applies to you.
What happens if someone badges with an unassigned card?
Unknown clockings are collected on a separate screen rather than lost. Once you assign the card to an employee in the panel, the record joins the timesheet.
Can I move the timesheet into my payroll software?
The monthly timesheet exports as Excel (xlsx) with day, working-day and hour totals, ready to hand to accounting or your payroll process.
